2025-2026 Training Schedule
The 2025-2026 training schedule is rich with learning opportunities to empower professionals with the skills and strategies needed to support children facing significant learning and behavior challenges.
PEP Assist empowers professionals across various settings with the skills and strategies needed to support young people facing significant academic and/or social emotional challenges.
School districts and child-serving organizations are facing challenges today like they've never seen before. PEP Assist customizes consultation services so that diverse learners who struggle with regulating emotions or who have severe mental health issues, autism or other challenges, can be served - and ultimately thrive - in their schools and communities.
PEP Assist's consultant specialists are backed by the expertise of the entire agency - one that has over half a century's worth of experience working with at-risk children with severe mental health diagnoses, autism and other challenges.
As a leading trauma-informed organization, and one that is a Phase II certified NMTTM site through the Neurosequential Network, PEP puts an emphasis on helping educators and other professionals understand the impact stressful or traumatic events can have on a child's development.
93%
of students supported by PEP Assist either remained in their original setting or transitioned to a less restrictive environment.
“
PEP Assist's hands-on strategies have been easy to integrate into our daily routines and have led to noticeable improvements almost immediately.

Our experts from PEP Assist support the whole classroom, working with teachers to implement best-practice strategies that promote student engagement and active participation. Consultation services include strategies to embed social emotional wellbeing into learning activities and a whole classroom Neurosequential Model of EducationTM (NME) Functional Map. With support from PEP Assist, teachers are able to successfully group students and differentiate instruction, setting the stage for academic growth and social emotional development.
